We are sorry if we made a mistake while packing your order and as a result you received an incorrect item. In this case, please send an email to support@recrestclo.com . Our customer service will take care of returning the wrong item and shipping the requested item.

DO I HAVE TO SEND MY PACKAGE INSURED?

Shipping does not have to be insured, but should be trackable in any case. Please make sure that your shipping provider provides you with a tracking link. In the event that a return shipment does not reach us, we will not be liable for any loss in delivery.

MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT. WHAT CAN I DO?
